At Floatys, we stand behind the quality of every pair of sunglasses and accessory we sell. That's why every Floatys product comes with a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Frame defects
  • Lens defects
  • Hardware and hinge issues
  • Frame breaks early during normal use

Warranty coverage is only offered for items purchased through authorized retailers which only includes www.WearFloatys.com and Amazon.com.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty does not cover products purchased from non-authorized retailers. Here are examples of what is not covered.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches or pit marks on sun lenses)
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of product
  • Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Loss of eyewear
  • Installation of non-Floatys lenses

How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll make it right. We'll replace it, provide store credit equal to the original purchase, or issue a full refund. We may ask for a photo of the defective product.
